You need to dispute this with the agencies as being listed multiple times. They will remove it. There really is nobody to sue in this case unless it is a single entity reporting numerous times.

Calm down. You can’t sue as you cannot prove that has affected you, firstly.
Second, the legal system is not a weapon nor is it the answer to clerical errors.
Contact the credit reporting agency and dispute the alleged errors.

Also, take a closer look at each of those items. If this is a charged off account that has been sent to collections, it should be there more than one time. The original creditor should show the account charged off and 0 balance. The collection agency would then list the account.
It’s possible that a second collection agency will show up if the account has been sold by the first collection agency. In that case the first collection agency would show 0 due.
Creditors who review credit reports understand this and realize it’s all the same account. You may not want to stir things up. The collection agency could decide to sue you for the unpaid debt.
